IMPORTANT NOTICE

In accordance with the decision of the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to regularize the situation of citizens who are abroad in a precarious and irregular situation and who are subject to judicial or administrative proceedings for minor offenses related to public order or other similar acts, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs informs those concerned that they may regularize their situation and return to their country of origin in an organized manner.

For this purpose, the Ministry invites those concerned to contact the Algerian diplomatic and consular representations in their countries of residence to submit their applications for regularization and to file the necessary documents to benefit from this measure, provided that they do not repeat the acts for which they are being prosecuted.

The Ministry reiterates the State's commitment to supporting and protecting members of the national community residing abroad and to addressing their concerns, in accordance with the instructions of the country's highest authorities.
