I- Application for an IATF 2025 visa
Composition of the dossier:
- Completed and signed visa application form;
- Passport valid for at least 6 months;
- Photocopies of the pages of the passport containing personal data;
- Document certifying the validation of the registration on the IATF 2025 platform;
- 2 recent passport-size photographs;
- Payment of visa fees;
- Hotel reservation** ;
- Return flight reservation**.
** Alternatively, interested parties may submit their applications and provide these two documents when collecting their visas.
Visa processing and validity:
Holders of diplomatic passports, service passports and laissez-passers issued by regional and international organisations are subject to the normal visa application procedures for entry into the country. The exemption is subject to the existence of a visa waiver agreement for holders of these types of travel documents.
The processing time should not exceed one week.
Diplomatic and consular posts shall issue visas as follows:
- For individual participants: a one-month, single-entry tourist visa to cover the event period only (valid from 15 August to 15 September);
- For exhibitors: a 03-month multiple-entry business visa;
- For employees who are part of bank delegations and who have to travel several times to Algeria for business meetings: multiple-entry business visa for a duration of 06 months.
II- VISAS ON ARRIVAL
Conditions for issue:
All foreign nationals arriving in the national territory must present themselves to the competent border control authorities with a valid travel document and a consular visa.
However, in urgent cases, the Police Aux Frontières may exceptionally issue a regularisation visa to aliens who present themselves at border posts without a visa.
This measure concerns foreign nationals whose country of residence does not have diplomatic or consular representation.
Composition of the dossier:
- Application form for a regularisation visa;
- Valid passport (more than 06 months old);
- Copy of the pages of the passport containing personal data;
- Documents proving the application for entry into Algeria (document certifying the validation of the registration on the IATF 2025 platform);
- Payment of the visa fees provided for in Article 48 of the Finance Act 2025;
- Proof of accommodation in Algeria (hotel reservation);
- return ticket.
In order to board a flight to an Algerian airport, the participant concerned by the visa on arrival must be in possession of a boarding certificate issued by the competent services of our ministerial department.
